SES Round 1 – 14/2/09

This was my first experience of the SES (Speed Event Series) and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Lots of various cars and experienced drivers. Will certainly be attending a few more in the future.

There were two standout cars for me out there, this little blue Escort which unfortunately finished the day with an engine failure:

And this awesome 4 door HQ that blazed the tyres each time he came out of C-Red.

SES? Dude, I wanted to see people in orange overalls cleaning up trees that have fallen through a roof. What’s all this rubbish with the cars?
You could at least have a bit of an accident between two of them and call the SES in to extricate the drivers.
